白杨,女,中共党员,博士后,教授,硕导,九游官方网站党委副书记、院长,教育部国别和区域研究备案中心四川省泰国研究中心执行主任。澳大利亚新南威尔士大学博士学位,加拿大爱德华王子岛大学博士后。四川省铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育专家。兼任中国高等教育学会区域国别学研究分会常务理事、中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会国际商务与语言服务工作委员会常务理事、成都翻译协会副会长。成都大学亚太民族文化究中心主任、成都大学欧美同学会(成都大学留学人员联谊会)理事。

主要研究领域包括“跨文化教育”“国别与区域研究”“话语分析”等。近年来,主持国家级、省部级项目7项;发表论文20余篇,包括CSSCI和核心期刊;出版专著5部;获成都市第十二次哲社优秀成果三等奖;6项科研成果获政府采纳。多次赴澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大、美国、泰国等国参加学术会议并进行研究成果交流。

主要承担“高级英语写作”本科课程和研究生“学术英语读写”课程的教学。

Yang BAI is Professor and Dean of the School of Foreign Studies at Chengdu University, Chengdu, China. She completed her doctorate at the University of New South Wales on policy discourse and education policy enactments. Her research focuses on cross-cultural education policy, policy discourse analysis, multicultural education and regional development. She has published in a range of journals, including Contemporary Chinese Discourse and Social Practice in China; Research on Education for Ethnic Minorities; Curriculum, Teaching Material and Method; Journal of Ethnology; Education and Economy; and Multicultural Issues and Education.
